Choose interface language and data language separately – plus regional formatting of numbers and dates.

Like Nuclos itself, the app separates two languages: the interface language (UI and field labels) and the data language (the language of multilingual data values).

Interface language

On start the app initially adopts your device language. In Settings you can pick one of the languages offered by the server under Language. The choice affects both the app UI and the labels delivered by the server.

Numbers, dates and times are formatted according to the chosen language/region (e.g. decimal separator, date format).

Data language

If your Nuclet maintains multilingual data values, Settings additionally shows Data language – but only when the server offers more than one data language. The choice determines the language in which multilingual values are shown; the language marked primary is the default.

Interface and data language are independent: you can run the app in German, for example, but display data values in English.
