Under Legal (reachable from Settings and before login) the app gathers the legal texts required for app-store distribution.
- Imprint per § 5 DDG, with tappable phone, e-mail and web entries.
- Privacy policy (GDPR), shown inline.
- EULA (end-user license agreement), shown inline.
- Terms and conditions (AGB), shown inline – tailored to a paid subscription obtained via the app store (incl. trial, right of withdrawal, term/cancellation).
Data processing
The app connects only to the Nuclos server you configure. Personal data entered in the business objects is processed by that server's operator – not by the app provider.
