Manage user accounts – login, e-mail, super user, groups, password and account status.

Menu Administration → User. Users are the people who actually use the application.
A user with the super user flag automatically gets all rights. Otherwise rights result from membership in one or more user groups – with several, the highest permission level applies.
A password is set on creation (see security policies). With an SMTP server configured and a valid e-mail, the password can be sent automatically (the user name is not transmitted). With force password change the user must change it at the next login.
