2 SEPA: Feature scope

The SEPA Nuclet exports XML files for direct debits and credit transfers – with manual or automated control, export previews and optional IBAN validation.

Feature scope

• The SEPA Nuclet can export XML files for direct debits and credit transfers (from version 2.0.0) for SEPA payment transactions.
• The export can be controlled either manually or automatically. Exported records are marked as exported so that they cannot be taken into account more than once.
• For every export, a payment information record is logged for each payment instruction. Referenced records can be displayed in the user interface.
• For a manual export, a preview of the records to be exported can be generated before the actual export is performed.
• Mandate changes (changes of the bank account) on the debtor are captured for transmission in SEPA payment traffic (for direct debits).
• Optionally, the export files in direct-debit exports can be separated by sequence type (first, recurring, last and one-off direct debits) (from version 2.0.0).
  
  
• Optionally, from version 2.0.0 IBANs can be validated with regard to structure and length; for German IBANs a checksum check is performed as well.
• This is only a formal check – not a check whether an IBAN/BIC combination actually represents an existing bank account!
