Under Configuration → Report → Report or Form the finished .jrxml files are added. Without an explicit file name the output PDF gets the name of the report/form plus date and time.
The output formats tab has a file name column. The name given there is always combined with date/time. Additionally you can use fields from the data source – in curly braces: ${field name or alias}. Many combinations are possible.
