The interface is flexible and customisable. Window sizes, sorting and views are saved per user.
Main window

Fixed menu bar (File, Edit, Window, Help; on macOS in the system menu), workspaces (permission-based) and the global search.
Tab bar & start tab

Each split has a start tab (home tab) to control it:
- Maximise – hides other tab bars.
- Close – removes the split.
- Active home/tree tab bar – where new tabs resp. tree tabs open.
- Extras – start tab settings (incl. Desktop).
Window layout

Split a tab bar via drag & drop.
Tabs can be moved by drag & drop; dragging a tab over content creates a new split. Disable splitting via Window → Disable window splitting.
