The business rule engine
Nuclos has a business rule engine to implement any company-specific behaviour – wherever the other low-code mechanisms are not enough. Typical cases: complex validations, generating data for downstream systems, calling web services or changing data automatically depending on events.

Three kinds of rules

The available method calls are documented in the Nuclos API. Rules are assigned in the server rule manager or directly on a status transition. |
Events
Server rules react to events such as create, update, delete, status change, print, job, object generation and more – each also in the final variant. All events (with examples) are documented in the German space for now.
